I ran 19 today in the rain. It actually wasn’t bad except In my head wanting it to be over, why I don’t know because it wasn’t that bad. Felt a pinch on my love handle and should have investigated a little harder ...thought it was tight pants but it was a tick. Have a nice welt but I was able to pull it off with my fingers.

Got 4 miles in with Tiny E this afternoon- beautiful light snow falling w/ no wind (low 30's), doesn't get much better than that; saw a few bunches of mule deer on our loop

Went for a 3 hour hike run in frigid weather, 10 inches of snow on a mostly unbroken trail. Sun was out...but baby..it was COLD outside! I might head out for a drive tonight to watch the eclipse. May even hike a bit...a very little bit.

Yup me too, isn’t that one reason we do races? Best of both worlds at Houston, cotton participant shirt and tech finisher shirt. Plus finishers get a beer mug, I have 14 now, need to have a kegger.
