I took off yesterday to hang out with the two young ones because it was parent/teacher conference day at their schools and where my wife teaches. I ran a hard 2.5 mile loop in the middle of the day that was supposed to be easy. It wasn't easy, but it was fast. I don't know why I did that, but I nearly puked. It did feel pretty good, though.
