Didn't really run per se but got a run in on Fathers Day.  Shot a Sporting clays course with my Youngest Daughter My Dad and Uncle.  It wasn'r Wet....It was a high of 98.  Fortunately the shooting stations were well shaded.  It was a good time.  DD3 is going through another growth spurt.  In addition to her Hamburger and fries at lunch she ate ANOTHER leftover Hamburger and Fries on the ride home that afternoon.

My "run" was having to go back out to the farthest Trap on the course to retrieve our clay pigeon count card.  Hadn't had much hot weather training and that little jaunt sure tuned me up , especially after a day of shooting.   Was just a mile out and back.  Made the Beer at lunch taste better...
