I took a URD Thursday because my hamstring was really wonky. It was bad a week ago, then got better, then back to being bad... wtf. Anyway did some specific exercises for it. (Anyway today, Friday, it was much much better again so I did 12 today).

qotd: ha, talk about a shitty job, we’ve noticed a tiny leak (a tiny water spot) near one of our toilets so I’m thinking I’ll replace the wax seal at some point this weekend. Fun!!!
