Joining the "have not run"-list today. I got my hair done instead, and did not want to instantly destroy the carefully rolled curls that I had paid for... 

It's a girl thing, I know. Just suck it up, guys.

QOTD: Knees have healed up after ES100, so I'm good there. But I have developed a bump on the top of my left foot, which hurts when I tie my shoe too tightly. It might be from my Pure Grit shoes, which are somewhat tight around the arch, or who knows where from.

I hope it will disappear soon. Icing it, and keeping my runs short(er).
