Lol...you are right! However, I have recently encountered two legged creepers on the trail...and decided it best to forgo hugs.... thanks for the virtual hug. My knee feels better already.
January , 2022 Yankee Springs Winter Challenge 25k
25.2 Miles on the bike, then went to the gym while DW was at Weight Watchers and ran 7.2 miles on the TM. It was lovely outside and really nice inside. Mostly because the gym was deserted except for a few weightlifters.

Seriously, my joint pains are worst when I am resting and not running. Not just in my feet and legs, but also in my hands - talk about spooky distance effects of running. I hope you don't have a stress fracture in the tibia, and your knee heals up soon.
