Got the first long run in about a month in: 15 miles, 2500 vert around Rodeo Beach in the Marin Headlands. It was awesome cooling my feet in the surf after the run. We have 65F and sun here. The bay was full of sailboats, and I think ski season won't happen here this year.

QOTD: No interest in watching Football or any other sport. There is something about TV that I can't stand. I'm trying to watch movies when I foam roll, but even that is boring.
