good morning trailers!

I wish I was posting that I just finished a good morning trail run of respectable distance, but the reality is that I don't know what is in store for me today.  Finally admitting to myself that I'm sick and should take it easy for a few. Luckily, it's just a cold, but it's the sinuses & lungs that slow me down.. 

QOTD:  Do you run while sick?  Sometimes-- I'll take it easy during the early stages, hoping I can fend it off, but then once I'm past the worst, I usually rush back into running.
