I have been averaging about 15mph on my road bike the last couple of days. I know tonight that I was moving pretty good and when I looked at my garmin, I was doing about 18mph. I think that slowing down for stop lights is having an effect on all of our times. I am doing a sprint tri this weekend and the roads will be closed so I should get a better idea of my average pace then. Bob
