Sorry I didn't start this yesterday - traveling home from Houston Marathon.
My weight has stayed the same for a few weeks due to Christmas and marathon taper. I am happy I haven't gained but glad to be back on plan starting today.
My activity will be reduced this week as I recover but hopefully my hunger will be reduced as well.

I lost this week despite not the best choices. Back on track today...
I WI on Fridays and gained even though I was within my pts. I did adjust them lower on my own. So this week I went back to what WW says I need. So far so good with hunger compared to last week. And my runs have been 100% better!
