Milford Recreational Path
Run out Birch St. and up 109 past the church and the right hand bend in the road. The path starts at the next crosswalk and goes all the way to the exit ramp from Rt 495 on Rt 85 (along the way it crosses Dilla St. by Louisa Lake - go right at that point, if you want to shorten your run). Run on Rt 85 to - and through -the cemetery, then turn right at Birch St. and back to start.
