    So tough run day today having my 4 1/2 year old with me all day, but I tossed her in the running stroller after we ran our morning errands and got my mile in. I had forgotten how hard the stroller makes the runs feel. my upper body was tense the whole time and even though I ran an 8:19 pace, it felt a LOT slower. But I got it in and then I checked the chart and it turns out that today is day 150 for me - yeah for me! Big grin

        Congrats on 150! That is when you know you have run a lot of days in a row...when you start losing track of just what day you are on.
