                After the 11.8, I ran a mile barefoot on the Blvd.  That barefoot running works my calves, oh my!

                  Yeah.  I did a Vibram mile on the Ravenwood track after work yesterday and I could feel it this morning.

                      McKay's Mill in Franklin.  The flyer I got in the mail shows an Active.com registration or www.5forFriendship.com   Corner of Liberty Pike and Oxford Glen (1 mile from my house).  7:30am   Sat. August 29

                          Trent, you might want to start back with shorter distances than 11 and 13 miles.  Just a thought.  Wink
