Oil Creek 100 M - 10/5. My first 100, and most likely with no crew, pacers, etc. Yeah, I'm a dumbass.
DNF.
Oh, so sorry to hear that. But hopefully you learned a lot and will get it next time.
Are we there, yet?
With just two months left in 2013 I figured it's time to change this to the 2014 calendar! Add your races here.

Almost forgot to report in. 52 miles in 12 hrs. Didn't do as well as I had hoped but many lessons learned. Thanks everyone who had given me helpful advices!
1/11 Savannah Rails to Trails Ultra 50K.
July 11, 2014 - Hardrock 100. Hopefully my 5th finish.
Wow.
6/28 - Western States 100 (bhearn)
Am I really the only RAer in Western States? That is too bad. :-(
Mmmmm...beer
Here's what I have. This will be my first marathon, first 24hr race, and my second 50k (running my first one next weekend, same race, this year I'm treating it like an easy long run, next year I'll race it).

4/26-27 Virginia 24 hour Run/Walk for Cancer

Ok...so I've been on the fence, going back and forth with some way to "go big" in 2014. Now that I'm 40 and all that, I feel like I need to do something big. No idea why. Midlife crisis maybe.
Originally, the plan was to run a RHHR2H... but I don't want to risk that very important 5th finish that moves me out of the "Everyone Else" lottery pool and into the 5-time finisher "Veterans" pool.
So I've decided to do Nolan's 14, assuming the body holds up to the training.
Ok there, I said it in a public place, dammit. Committed. Or something. Happy new year. :-)
Put me down for the Virginia 24 hour Run/Walk for Cancer as well. I hope work stuff won't get in the way, but I'm just going to plow ahead with training and see what happens.
