    84 miles.  7000+ gain.  Long run 23 miles with sand and slick rock.  One workout of mile repeats at 7:30 pace.   Started the week fatigued, but kicked it in the last couple of days.  Wishing Zion 100 was sooner.

    12-23  Last One Standing  -  Finished 102 miles

    2- 24 Grandmaster 100 - 22:32, 1st place

    4-24. Cappy's Backyard - 17 yards, 1st place

    5-24  Bryce 100 - 29:38, 18th place

    Self anointed title

      118 ish for the final week of Feb to give me 427 miles for the month, with 33,448 feet of vert (approx 6 miles I guess) - do you guys measure vertical gain in feet?

      Solid month of training - especially given short month, lack of daylight and attrocious condition of trails here in the UK (combination of weather and over use due to "COVID exercising").  I was also nursing a couple of niggling injuries which still bother me:  lingering knee ligament strain and chronic achilles tendinitis.  The AT is slowly improving through a combination of eccentric calf exercising and insertion of heel elevators in my low drop shoes.
