December's Virtual Race dates are Dec 2-3. If possible, try to run a race or time trial on that weekend. If you can't, then just submit a race time from within the last month. Half marathon and marathon race distances don't need to be run this particular weekend - just within the last month. Here is a list of who's signed up so far... Do we have to be doing a proper race to enter or do we just work out a 5km distance and run it ourselves? If it's the latter i'll sign up for the 5km. Claire xxx

I'm not running this month. There are too much competition and I ain't running unless I can win my age group Big grin
