Thank you all for the birthday wishes. Three of us went out for drinks/dinner. Had fun. Shared a bottle of wine with one GF and was tipsy, but happy. If I'd stopped there I would have been groovy. But no, I poured another one, perhaps two at home. Downfall. Overall it was a nice day.
Hoping for a few miles in a bit, when I am feeling a bit more perky and the headache is gone.
Talking with my coach tonight. YAY! I gave him my goals and needs for a bit. Should be good.

I have 4 after work. Thinking of skipping my race this weekend as thunder showers and high winds does not sound appealing especially when it's a race I'll be treating as a long run (which I can do on the fucking TM).

Slept in a bit, so only had time for 4 before work.
No running here, just a tired lazy day. Finally got off my butt and did a short kettlebell workout this afternoon. That was enough.
