Spin class was good. It was over before I realized it.
DH's unit leader has some common sense and doesn't force his professional adult staff to drive to the office just for the sake of being in the office. Me-- I get it. Most of my division must report to the duty site (inspectors) so to be fair, we must report as well. Less than 2 months to go, but who's counting??

Sue, when I retired it was like I died and went to Heaven. It took quite a while to really relax, longer than I thought.
As for WFH, sometimes when the employees had to go back to "on prem", the internet speed was less there at whatever building than at home, making work even harder.
45 minutes running on TM, a short walk, then shoulder exercises and stretches.
