Floorball practice was... omg. 3km jog outdoors, followed by 30min interval workout, then 60mins of floorball. I will be dead tomorrow. (Half of the team will). However, it did help re: decision; well, at least partially. Not sure about competitive games, but practices - those I want to attend this season... Stepping back on the rink was magical (altho some touches still need sharpening after the long break). There's nothing like having to run backwards, keeping possession of the ball and still observing the entire rink's movements to make the decision -- at the same time. Not surprising, huh? I am sure you all sort of expected this At least so did DH (at least he said so ).
