Good spin class this morning.  Some jerk was arguing with the girl at the Y's check in desk. Your card doesn't work--not her fault. A couple of men stood at the front desk and I guess diffused the situation for her.

Well....let's see what kind of trouble I can stir up today. lol

Still gray here.  Haven't gotten out for any physical activity yet, but did make it to the store ahead of commute traffic.  Have a running club meeting tonight after dinner.  Walking to the pub and lifting a pint glass of beet will be my exercise today.
