Easy miles here. Some road, some trail. 5.something. I should have brought a paddle board - perfect day for it.

Coaching testimonial: "Not saying my workout was hard but KAREN IS EVIL."

Upcoming races: Hennepin Hundred - October 2024

Hey Karen, glad you got a few easy miles in.  Bummer about the paddle board.

Just got back from my run/walk, then walk.  Starting to separate them on my watch.  They're scheduled as separate workouts and I like to see how well I do each.  The run/walk was hard, the walk itself after felt great.  Nice and strong.  I have 90 min on for Sunday, a weak run day always makes me anxious over a longer one.

Nothing else really.  Grocery store, maybe Costco, and the PO - all things I was supposed to have done yesterday and didn't.  Then sit out back again later as it is nice out.  Oh, and lunch, my tummy is grumbling now.

        Happy Hump Day.

RD for me. Might lift when I get home, might not, ha.

Kat, nice job getting out there.

          Karen, nice run!

30 minutes on the treadmill + strength training. I woke up and heard thw wind, so decided I wasn't going outside. Tomorrow is a meeting about the off the rails fundraising event. I am seriously dreading it. At least I got one answer today (and it verified my gut that no, we can't do this). So yay, it's not me being inflexible.

KatS, what type of watch do you have? If it's a Garmin, you can probably program it into the watch as one workout. Mine has all sort of fancy stuff on it and I know I only use a portion.

            AnonymousGuest, nice miles.

Docket, enjoy the RD or weights.

              Damaris, enjoy your RD.

Kathi, good luck with the meeting.  I have a COROS.  Probably does something fancy too, but too much effort to figure it out.

LAZY afternoon.  Grocery store, out back, and a nap.

Oh, from yesterday, Lori, what a ROCKING good pace that was.  I can't fathom walking that fast.  15mm is my best.
