First day of vacation and I woke up before 7am to drop one cat at the vet so she could pee and they could collect it and another one went to the specialist 30-40 mins away for checkup. All are back home having peed and being sonogram-ed.

Boring old Monday for me. Just wrapping up things at work now, then I’ll go for a walk. Going back to my scheduled M/F rest days this week with easy runs on the other days. Then in Oct, I’ll be starting up again with my coach.

Back to work after a week off. Ugh. At least it was a really quiet day since kids & most staff were off for the holiday. 20 minutes on the spin bike + a core workout.
