Ran 5 divided between 3 outside, then hurried back inside after an allergy-related asthma attack to finish on the TM. I'll lift later.

I forgot to mention that today's run was my fastest in almost 2 years. I haven't seen an 11 for my pace since December 2020.

Each morning I've been doing 10 to 15 minute runs with the rest of the time fast walks. Hip flexors need the walking. They get cranky.
Crazy fog the last few mornings for hours.
