Travel Tuesday for me. Leaving here around noon or a little before to drive to the middle of Oklahoma. Storm going through late morning and I do not want to drive through crappy Dallas traffic when there's a storm going through. There's also a big storm system going through Missouri today, so saving that drive until tomorrow.

Damn it. We wanted to be together finally...
6 on the treadmill with 8x 3 minutes harder effort. Wll do a lower body workout after work. There are at leat some people on my team from past teams (and they are reliable too, so that's a huge plus). No one from here or the Beginners forum.

4 miles today on the tm because my cardiologist canceled my appointment. I'm guessing my ticker is well enough because they said they'd call next week to reschedule.
