Busy morning for me. Took the van through the road closed area and drove to the high school track, where I did my first attempt at speed work in ages. It did not go well, and I ended up cutting it short (instead of 6x800 and 4x400, I did 4x800 and 2x400). Then went to the post office to pick up the packages they didn't deliver, then stopped at Walmart to get some groceries. By the time I got home, walked the dogs for the second time, took a shower, and started my laundry, it was already noon. Probably just more laundry and finishing my book this afternoon.
Sorry you're still feeling crappy, Susan.

Sue, feel better!
Judy, hi!
Karen, sorry the speedwork didn't go well.

6 this morning with intervals and lower body strength after work.
7 miles with 5 x 3-min hill repeats. Oof. Legs are still worn out from last week.
Karen, after a break, I know I'd have low expectations for speedwork. Gotta start somewhere, it'll get better.
