HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
I ran the Gobbler's Jog 5K earlier today. Sunny, 33F, 5mph winds. It was great. Goal was to run it in full, slightly faster than easy. I thought it would be hard to run sub-40 minutes at this point. Finished in 36:11, so very happy.
Will cross train later today.

Happy thanksgiving to anyone celebrating! Enjoying a quiet morning with coffee. Maybe a walk later. Then going up to my brother's house for Thanksgiving with his family, my dad, and my sister and her family. My duties include bringing green bean casserole and beer, which aligns pretty well with my skillset.
