3 rounds: -.4 mi run -50 push-ups (on my knees/ of course) -50 abmats followed by 20 thrusters (31 lb bar/ not the recommended 75) No major pain in the pelvis. :) All of us wanted to throw up at the end/ so I guess it was good.
