3 mi w/u, 8 x 3 min @ half marathon pace with 2 min. recoveries, 3 mi c/d
So thankful for having Emily there! Pretty cold & windy, though we must have had a nice tail wind going out (for 7 of the 8 repeats), so I'm glad my pace was a little fast. 3 mile c/d turned into 4 miles due to my bad math (brain fartlek, haha). So, Emily was late to work, but we did have a late start anyway.
