Notes

Since run was pretty sucky, I did a quick light 30 min. on elliptical before some abs (a whole 50 crunches!!), arms (8 lbs bicep curls, but I was tempted to reach for the 3 pounders), and stretching (I think I stretched my calves for a few seconds). This was almost a waste of a trip to the gym, but I felt a little better afterwards.
