Crossfit workout 10 min. on the rower 5 rounds of the following: 5 pushups (yes/ only 5) 10 ring thingies (reverse pushups using rings) 15 push presses 10 situp-like things on the Glute-Ham-Dip apparatus Plus some core work with medicine ball &amp swinging a bat against a huge tire. :)
