Time trial solo on F1 track. Not entirely happy with the way I melted down in the second half. Splits: 3:47/162/169, 3:49/171/174, 3:49/175/176, 3:49/178/180, 3:51/181/182, 3:55/183/184, 3:54/185/186, 3:56/185/186 (into a headwind). Time is equivalent to 38:52 10k and 3:02:22 marathon (4:20 pace).
