15-15-8 with 4-3mins jog. Tried a different approach after reading Bakken stuff. For the 15min: 4:00 at 4:00, 2:30 at 4:10, 1:00 at 3:50 x 2 times. The 8mins (actually just under to make total 45mins) was done at 3:54 pace (181/187)
