My intent was to do a 10k TT but gave up after 4k. After a fast first 2k, just couldn't handle the elevation rise. Splits: 3:47/156/166, 3:49/168/171, 3:53/172/174, 3:56/173/175 = 15:25/167/175. After 5mins break, ran 3k return on declining elevation.Splits: 3:40/161/169, 3:45/170/171, 3:49/170/172 = 11:15/167/172
