2-3-2 BAA workout, 2 loops Ridout/Sweetenham loop with brief turnaround break in between = 2 miles in 13.20 (153), 3 mins rest, 6 sets of 400 up/down hill reps = 3 miles in 19.44 (161) again with brief turnaround break, 3 mins rest, and 2 miles again in 13.12 (167). Was spent after this, good thing I think my strength is improving
