9 miles at what was supposed to be 7min/mile pace. Ran with Becki Kriege and Kristina Park, 7mpm was supposed to be their pace. Ended up going a little faster. I think this was a very good run for me in prep for next weeks half. I don't think I'll be doing anything more than strides and easy running tilll next Sunday.
