Last time I ran this workout was 5/12. The time deltas between today and 5/12 are about the same on the 'at-speed' intervals (actually most intervals are from 1 to 4 seconds faster than before) but the big difference today is that the recover intervals are much faster than before. Especially towards the end of the workout. I interpret this as good progress.
