WVJS Club race at West Valley Track. Legs still felt a little tired (right hamstring to butt connector was a little tender) but I felt that 80 second laps were not hard on my legs so I decided to race it. Though my time isn't great I never felt too bad during the race. Legs didn't bother me at all. Encouraging, I definitely think I can go a bit faster.
Sub-5:20 is going to take some work but should be able to get it by the end of the summer.

and maybe 1 or 2 more seconds.
