Warmup. Very poor warmup. Heather called this morning and asked me to help her out at the last second. Had to drive up to her house, move her car for her and then drive to the club. Thought it'd be fine since we always run 2 heats with the slow heat first. Well, this morning they had to run the fast heat first (Jorn had to be somewhere) so I was just all discombobulated!
