Sposed to be a longish run but left late from San Luis Obispo. Wouldn't get back to the house till about 6:15 so I had Kathy drop me off ~ 8miles from the house and I ran home. No way I would have put on my running clothes and got out of the house after that drive!
Anyway, did 4 X 1 mile interval with ~2 minute jog between each.
Mile 1: 6:42
mile 2: 6:31
mile 3: 6:28
mile 4: 6:13
