Good workout but totally screwed up the 2nd and 3rd 1600. Geoff Bradley joined me in the middle of int #2 and with all the talking the pace fell off to 6:46. Then on the 3rd one I totally screwed the pooch and lost track of what lap and where we started. I think it was probably only a 1200 instead of a 1600. After that I bore down and didn't do any more yakking. I think I really just need to do these on my own so I can concentrate. Still the 1600 portion of the run felt pretty easy and I easily could have done another. The 200's, however, toasted me. Sore thighs after the run.
