Ran the ramps on the levee. Jogged the flats and attacked the ups/downs. Also ran the McCarthy/237 underpass rollers 4 times. Felt good.
On another note - I lost my hat on todays run! I dropped it on the ground at the far end of the McCarthy/237 hill repeat (to make sure I did one last one - had to come back to get the hat!). So I go do my repeat over, then repeat back and .... the hat's gone. Nobody out there. The only thing I can think is some ground squirrel is right now sucking on my sweaty, salty hat.
