Should have been a recovery run but, like a dummy, brought the Ipod. Couple miles into the run Helter Skelter plays (I look at the Garmin and it says 7:40), then Blue on Black (G reads 7:30). At this point I said tahellwdit and just ran. So what should have been a 8:30 paced run turns into 7:47 pace.
