supposed to jog to Prospect HS, do 3X1600 at about 6:10 pace with 400m jog recoveries. did the first 1600 then just didn't have the desire to finish the second one (no pain or anything) so did 2 X 800 instead of the 2nd 1600. Then gutted it out and did 1 final 1600.
