Notes
Started off clear and cool at my house but the FO mountains were fogged in. Awesome. I got up early enough to beat everyone to the mountain and had a nice shirtless single-track run through foggy, cold mountain trails. After I came down from the trails I hammered (well, compared to on the way out) the last 4 miles at about 7:30 pace. Nice run. Almost 14 miles done before 8AM!
Ran Cora Older, Hayfield, Hunters Point, Woodhills Loop, 7 Springs, Rainbow Knoll trails.
