Easy jogging except I ran a 'cooldown' 1600 with Jorn Jensen right after the race (15 minutes after?) at 6:00! Didn't feel as bad as the mile did. Then jogged back over to RWMS and ran a bunch of grass laps with a ~200m segment of each one 'fast'. Not really an Easy workout!
