Another great workout. Kept it at 138HR until the last 10minutes where I cranked it up to ~150HR. Good stuff. I feel like a criminal when they announce over the PA "Attentioin clubmembers: 30minute time limit on all Cardio equipment" and I'm barely at 30minutes into my workout. I lean forward and try to hide the time display ... screw 'em - I got serious training to attend to.:)
