ASICS Gel-Bandito
Used the HRM and only looked at HR during the run. Kept it at my 'easy' pace HR which is 139. This yielded a run paced at under 7:50. Huge progress on fitness.
Weight was a problem this weekend and early this week with Easter candy everywhere.
