Nice early morning run through the wine country. Nice tour of some Sonoma neighborhoods and small section of running through a vineyard. Very small section of dirt (maybe .25 miles or less) connecting two roads. Began a slight uphill grade beginning at mile 3 and culminating with a pretty steep, but short, section to the end of mile 4. Mile 5 was a perfectly graded downhill mile - fun to run down after mile 4.
No HR data as I forgot my Garmin 305 and had to borrow Jim's 205 for the race. Thanks Jim.
