Totally messed up the first three intervals (was hitting the wrong button on the watch). I'm sure it was faster than 67 but what the hell. If Walt got the splits I'll use his for those first three.

This was a tough workout. On the last couple I just couldn't lift my legs going around the curves. Need to get stronger. Bill Dodson ran extremely well though he slowed on that last interval.
