This is a really messed up interval session! I've lost my GPS so last week I used my IPHONE GPS application (which I believe to be even more inaccurate than the Garmin) to map out Dixon Landing bike path in 100m increments. I used these marks for the above intervals and I believe the distances are far from accurate with some short and some long. Need to get out there with a calibrated wheel and mark some real numbers.
Also, I miscounted on the first set of 200's. The workout was supposed to be 2X100, 4X200, 1X600; 800 jog; 1X600, 4X200, 2X100.
I miscounted and only did 3X200 the first time and then on the way back someone waved to me and said something and I lost awareness of where I was. I was in the middle of the 100's and thought I missed a 200 so I did another 200. Turns out I didn't miss it. Here's what I actually did:

3X200
1X600,
4X200
1X100
1X200
1X100
So I did the correct number of 200, 100's and 600's by pure luck. I dare you, Jim, to make sense of this mess ... but it makes perfect sense to me!
